VESSEL IS AT LIBERTY TO CONSUME LSMGO IN SHALLOW WATERS, CONGESTED WATERWAYS, NARROW WATERWAYS, IN AND OUT OF PORTS, CANALS, RIVERS, STRAITS, WHEN MANEUVERING OR WHEN TURNING ON/OFF GENERATORS, WHEN BERTHING AND UNBERTHING.

ALL DETAILS ABOVE ARE ABOUT WITHOUT GUARANTEE AND GIVEN IN GOOD FAITH.

ANY LOSS OF TIME IS TO BE SET OFF AGAINST ANY SAVING IN CONSUMPTION AND ANY EXCESS CONSUMPTION IS TO BE SET OFF AGAINST ANY SAVING IN TIME. ANY EXCESS LSMGO CONSUMPTION IS TO BE SET OFF AGAINST SAVING IN IFO CONSUMPTION AND VICE VERSA, AND ANY LOSS ON INDIVIDUAL PASSAGE(S) IS TO BE SET OFF AGAINST AN OVERALL GAIN ON OTHER INDIVIDUAL PASSAGE(S). UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY CLAIM BE DEDUCTED FROM HIRE UNLESS AND UNTIL IT HAS BEEN AGREED BY BOTH PARTIES.

CHARTERERS TO PROVIDE THE VESSEL WITH BUNKERS IN ACCORDANCE WITH ISO STANDARD 8217:2005(E) OR ANY AMMENDMENTS THEREAFTER AS FOLLOWS: IFO RMG 380 CST AND MDO DMB/MGO DMA.

CHARTERERS TO ENSURE THAT BUNKERS SUPPLIED ALWAYS COMPLY WITH THE LOCAL SULPHUR RULES/REGULATIONS (I.E. SECA, ECA, DECA ETC).

ALL BUNKERS SUPPLIED TO BE FREE OF ANY AND ALL WASTE MARINE OR AUTOMOTIVE LUBRICANTS OR WASTE CHEMICALS OR USED LUBRICATING OIL.
